"I was in an accident ; not my fault; on 9-9-2026. At fault driver was also a State Farm client. I had great support from my local office; specifically Donna; was helpful and reassuring in a for me; a tough situation. My experience for the last 10 years with State Farm has been exceptional. My handler; Ronnie was also fantastic. I felt like I was treated professionally; politely and compassionately.
