Donna was absolutely amazing! Even though I didn't have all of the correct facts, Donna walked me through every step of the way of filing a claim. She was friendly, kind, attentive, and extremely helpful! If you're looking for an agency to insure with, I highly recommend this one! If there's anyone I would want on my side, it's Miss Donna!
