"I have been with Brent Hager for several years (don't really remember how long). While the initial process and renewals are pretty easy and about the same with other companies, what sets Brent apart is the local office support during a claim. Donna is AMAZING and will work tirelessly to be sure that State Farm "corporate" treats you fairly during a claims process. Having Donna to reach out to during the claims process is so wonderful as dealing with a 1-800 number can be frustrating."

"We have been a customer since 2016 and thought we were getting good service until I purchased a new vehicle. The rate increased by $800 per year and could not get an explanation other than that is just the rate. So we shopped around and found another provider to take my home owners and auto policies at a much lower rate for the same coverage I currently have. I called to cancel my service and they didn't even ask why or try to save my business, I was just told to send a text or email with the details. Very sad..."

"Horrible people who take advantage of disabled veterans. After discovering I'd paid nearly $6000 too much in insurance, Brent refused to service my account, deliberately continuing to overcharge. When confronted about the issues involved, he hung up on me and refused to answer the phone because he didn't want to deal with an unhappy customer. I had to have a friend call him to continue trying to resolve things. He flatly refused to apologize for his behavior, then, he claimed it would be in "our best interests" if I had a different agent, while still continuing to overcharge me. Brent Hagar is a coward and a thief. Avoid this business at all costs."
